Up close V

Rain close-up with the V As it was still raining when I went out I decided to take the V as it has weather sealing. I chose a series of close up shots from the many features left on the vegetation  Some of these came out pretty amazing and have given a great effect, shots edited on this device using LR mobile and some new pre sets in the latest updates

Off camera flash V

Indi off camera flash I decided to do a quick shot of Indi seeing how easy it would be to do one available light then one shot with the QFlash  I left the flash power at 1/32 and the camera was set on 800s f3.6 ISO 640 I held the flash at arms length and the trigger on camera fired the flash. It's amazing how easy this was to achieve such a difference between ambient and then the flash lit version. Obviously the leaf shutter allows the lens to synchronise at any shutter speed so we could dial down the exposure to give more shadow and contast fora completely different look.

XF10 Close-ups and views

Beautiful Fujifilm colours I enjoy the results from this little camera it always takes photos that shows it punches well above its weight. It's hard in sunlight to see the screen of course so I rely on the light meter and set the exposure just about 1 stop under and then edit on this device (Samsung Tab S6) an amazing little device! I send the images to it with the WiFi and Fujifilm application and they are full resolution too. Hope that you enjoy the results

Next Doors Cat

The XF10 shot next Doors cat on a bright sunny day  Lightroom has had an update and given us some nice new presets that I played with. This one was a vintage feel

The little XF10 shot RAW

Massive RAW from the 10F I took out the XF10 and decided when out to shoot in RAW and was surprised at the file size recorded, 43 mb file size with an amazing amount of detail recorded within the file. Obviously the camera has a meter that I use to record a shot at around -1/3 of a stop and this gives an excellent exposure. The shot below was the view from above of a newly grown fern really beautiful when looked at like this.

The V went out

I did this shot with the V I exposed the flower to keep the shadows deep. I liked the effect

More V shots

The V goes out On our walk this morning it was almost a perfect summer's day, the sun was shining and the birds were singing happily. I took some photos of flowers and views and it shows how the real summer has started showing itself at last. After shooting many hours on the 10F it shows you how accomplished the V is in its operation and focus etc. Horses for courses as they say.
