Quick indoor shot

Indi reluctant again as a model The V at crazy iso settings is simply amazing and shows little noise at all. The camera never ceases to amaze me how simple it is to get a great image with it. I have said before that Fujifilm have created something very special with the V it's a real pinnacle and testament to their design ethos. Ok so it's a quick snap of Indi but this would have been very difficult for my lovely old classic Canon EOS 5 D. Amazing how far all cameras have come. This shot was at ISO 1000 and is my go to indoors here. Hope the chat wasn't too much today!

The XF10 and V do flora

The XF10 and V were out doing flora... It's amazing how the seasons change and we witness the colours and sights of nature's progress once again. The XF10 did some of these and the V did others it's pretty hard to see which is from what camera sensor wise.

Off Camera Flash

Indi off camera flash So it was a bright and clear early evening with some sunshine at last! I was getting a little bored so decided to do an official Indi up the garden photo. I used the V and the tiny little Q Flash to add some fill to the scene, the flash was a 1/4 power and the camera was at 125th second F 2.8 the photo turned out very well and colourful. TheV is great for this type of shot

The XF10 does nature

A bee shot with the XF10 Close focus at f5.6 shows great sharpness from this little camera 📷 it's lens is actually awesome and Fuji have done a great job in its design. I had to get pretty close to the bee but he was very busy and not bothered by me.

A Monochrome V?

Make a Monochrome V Fuji! I was listening to the Fujicast recently and they discussed the reasons why Fujifilm won't build a Monochrome X100V. I am happy to discuss this on here in some detail, Leica recently released the Q Monochrome and it really piqued my interest.. Then i saw the price £5400 - totally out of reach. Fujifilm should consider V Monochrome make it in black only and give us superb Fuji film simulation's, it would be very popular I believe as the black and white from a monochromatic sensor is far superior too converting a RAW file. Also the big thing is totally RAW black and white! The high ISO from this sensor works in a totally different way in converting images and would give beautiful results if this blog website would support a poll system on here I would have put it on here! If anyone feels the same perhaps message me and we could start a campaign with Fujifilm? Anyway here is my beloved old Indi with the V in jpeg version simulation.

Up close V

Rain close-up with the V As it was still raining when I went out I decided to take the V as it has weather sealing. I chose a series of close up shots from the many features left on the vegetation  Some of these came out pretty amazing and have given a great effect, shots edited on this device using LR mobile and some new pre sets in the latest updates

Off camera flash V

Indi off camera flash I decided to do a quick shot of Indi seeing how easy it would be to do one available light then one shot with the QFlash  I left the flash power at 1/32 and the camera was set on 800s f3.6 ISO 640 I held the flash at arms length and the trigger on camera fired the flash. It's amazing how easy this was to achieve such a difference between ambient and then the flash lit version. Obviously the leaf shutter allows the lens to synchronise at any shutter speed so we could dial down the exposure to give more shadow and contast fora completely different look.
